Every new colleague goes through an intensive induction programme and is guided by an experienced security officer on the shop floor. Our employees hold the mandatory security qualifications and are certified in BHV (company emergency response). In addition, we invest in further practical training in hospitality, de-escalation and the latest security technologies.

Security is a transparent process. Our security officers record all patrols, special observations and incidents digitally straight away. These reports are clearly structured, include photos for incidents and can be used directly for your own internal quality control or audits. We provide security under an ND licence, the legal basis for security work in the Netherlands.
Since April 2024 we have held the Beveiligingskeurmerk. ISO/NEN certification is our next goal.
